About Us

We are the Carpenters Southwest Administrative Corporation (“CSAC”), chartered in 1982 to ensure that the benefits outlined by collectively-bargained agreements between Signatory Employers and the Carpenters Union are properly provided to participants and their eligible family members. Headquartered in Los Angeles, CSAC serves participants and their eligible families throughout Southern California, Nevada, Utah, Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado, West Texas and Wyoming.

We administer federally-recognized Taft-Hartley trust funds, which are governed by a Board of Trustees with an equal number of Union and Employer representatives. Assisted by service professionals and industry advisors, the Trustees manage the Funds’ assets, review Plan design recommendations, and make decisions about the benefits offered. As a participant, dependent, retiree or beneficiary, YOU are the focus of our service delivery efforts!
