  • COVID-19-Related Treatment and Testing
    • Kaiser Permanente Participants
      • All member out-of-pocket costs for inpatient and outpatient services related to the treatment of COVID-19 will be waived for services rendered through July 31, 2021.
    • Anthem PPO Participants on the Active or Bronze Plan
      • During the National Emergency period, there will be no out-of-pocket costs, copays, coinsurance or deductible for testing or treatment related to COVID-19. The period of National Emergency has been extended beyond March 31, 2021 and no end date has been announced.
      • Out-of-network providers will be reimbursed at the same rate as an in-network providers during this time.
